We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic Cleaner to help keep camp looking its best!. This hands-on role is all about keeping our spaces sparkling clean, safe and ready for fun – from dining halls and cabins to bathrooms and everything in between.
You’ll work both independently and alongside a supportive team to ensure every area is fresh, tidy, and welcoming. When the campers head home, you’ll jump into deeper cleans to get everything shipshape for the next group’s adventure.
Available Shifts
- Monday 7.30 am to 11-12.00 pm,
- Wednesday 7.30 am to 12.30 -1 pm,
- Friday 7.30 am to 1.30 -2.00 pm
Because you’ll be working solo in areas like student and teacher accommodation, you’ll need a current NSW Working With Children Check (easy to obtain online) and a solid understanding of our Safeguarding Policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of camp facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Collaborate professionally with team members and manage time effectively.
- Adaptable and willing to assist in all areas to ensure the camp functions smoothly.
- Support operational needs and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety requirements.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are conducted in line with company SOPs and training.
- Service and make beds as required to fulfil client needs.
- Provide support and additional help to other team members as required and other duties as directed by the site manager.
- Lead, mentor, and act in line with company culture and values.
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments
COMPLIANCE AND OTHER REQUIRMENTS
- Hold and maintain a current NSW WWCC
- Successfully complete internal training.
- Be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa in Australia.
- Be comfortable with occasional tasks outside standard hours.
- Become familiar with all Company policies and procedures.
- Be open to feedback and confident in suggesting improvements.
- Must act in a manner consistent with company culture and values.
