Activity Instructor Group Leader – Kindilan

The Great Aussie Bush Camp is seeking enthusiastic and committed AIGL’s who are excited about creating meaningful and memorable experiences for children and young people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment and enjoys bringing energy, encouragement, and positivity to every session.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and high‑energy activity sessions that inspire confidence, teamwork, and personal achievement.
• Support and supervise groups throughout their stay, helping ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and well‑organised camp experience.
• Deliver arrival briefings, site tours, and safety demonstrations that set the tone for a fun and successful camp stay.
• Contribute to evening programs designed to bring groups together and keep the excitement going after the sun goes down.
• Care for and maintain activity equipment, ensuring all resources are safe and ready for use.
• Assist other operational departments—including catering, housekeeping, and maintenance—to support overall camp operations.
• Participate in training and development to continue building skills and confidence across all activity areas.

About You

• Experience working with children or young people (essential).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and acting in line with organisational values.
• First Aid qualification and experience in outdoor activities (desirable)
