Are you a versatile chef who loves variety and purpose? Join Futuro Early Learning as a Support Chef and bring your skills across our kitchens, helping prepare fresh, nutritious meals for children and staff.
You’ll support our team by stepping in across multiple centres to cover staff absences and leave, support our exciting special food projects and assist with in-house events and catering.
This role is perfect for a calm, positive, and flexible chef who thrives on teamwork, enjoys variety, and takes pride in high-quality, consistent food.

About You
• Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent are preferred
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
• Valid working with children check (WWCC), or ability to obtain prior to commencement
• Full permission to work in Australia
What the role involves:
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for up to 122 children daily
• Cooking wholesome, delicious lunches for staff
• Following established menus crafted by the Executive Chef
• Managing dietary needs and allergies with care and precision
• Maintaining a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen environment
• Travelling between centres as required to provide support and cover shifts
