About the role
We’re looking for a leader who will invest time and energy in building a strong, capable team—supporting quality practice, strengthening pedagogy, and guiding educators toward meaningful professional goals.
Our leadership model is designed to let you lead:
Centre Manager out of ratio full-time. Supported by a full-time Assistant Centre Manager, so you can focus on leadership, culture, and quality—not getting buried in day-to-day administration
About our centre
Futuro provides high-quality education and care for 119 children, operating 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday. Designed by a leading architect, the service features modern learning spaces and high-quality, age-appropriate resources.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience as a Centre Manager
- A strong commitment to high-quality care and children’s safety
- A proven track record as an outstanding people leader
- The ability to create and implement systems and processes that support compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- A valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
