The role
- Lead and co-design engaging, inquiry-based programs for children 3–5 aligned to the EYLF and NQF.
- Build warm, trusting partnerships with families and colleagues.
- Contribute to assessment, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Champion child safety, inclusion and wellbeing across the service.
About you
- ACECQA-approved ECT qualification (or near completion).
- NSW Working With Children Check and current First Aid/CPR/anaphylaxis.
- Evidence-informed practice grounded in Reggio Emilia/inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Collaborative, reflective and committed to child safety and quality.
