About the roles
We’re inviting Trainee, Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience into a leadership-focused role, you’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality care, strong supervision and meaningful learning experiences.
What you’ll do
• Support and model active supervision and safe daily routines
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Contribute to programming, observations, reflections, and documentation
• Support transitions, outdoor play, meals, rest, and personal care with dignity
• Work collaboratively and uphold child-safe, professional practices
About you
• Caring, reliable and calm in busy environments
• Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
• Understands professional boundaries and child-safe expectations
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Mandatory requirements
• Trainee: Enrolled in (or willing to enrol in) Certificate III
• Certificate III / Diploma: Relevant qualification
• Valid NSW WWCC (or willingness to apply)
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong commitment to child-safe practice and confidentiality
