Introduction
At Futuro Early Learning, our culinary team blends innovation, sustainability, and health to create meals that nourish our children and staff every day. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, you’ll prepare wholesome, delicious food that fuels and delights growing minds.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated Kitchen Hand and under the guidance of our Executive Chef, focusing on high-quality meal preparation. No split shifts, no late nights, just purpose-driven cooking.
About You:
• Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent are preferred
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
• Valid working with children check (WWCC), or ability to obtain prior to commencement
• Full permission to work in Australia
The role involves:
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for up to 122 children daily
• Cook wholesome, delicious lunches for staff
• Follow established menus crafted by the Executive Chef
• Manage dietary needs and allergies with care and precision
• Keep a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen space
