About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a passion for building robust sales pipelines and converting opportunities into sustained, long-term growth.
Based in Olympic Park or Goulburn, this role is ideal for a high-performing professional with an established client base who can leverage their existing relationships while continuously expanding their network. The successful candidate will drive growth through innovative sales strategies, strategic partnerships, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic approach to engaging engineers, builders, and form workers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and proactive networking
- Oversee and manage product specifications in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
- Champion the customer experience strategy while enhancing and elevating overall brand presence
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance metrics to enable and accelerate business growth
- Ability to travel interstate
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have a well-established network of clients / relationships within the sector/s
- Have a proven / tangible track record of securing new tender opportunities on projects in related sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to motivate, mentor, lead and bring out the best in the internal client relations team.
