Froebel St Leonards is one of 5 early learning services run by the not-for-profit provider Froebel Australia. The centre offers inspiring learning environments on 3 levels plus a rooftop playground for 99 children from 6 months to 6 years. Our educational program focuses on immersive language learning (second language: German) and inquiry-based early learning by implementing the Little Scientists program (https://littlescientists.org.au/). What we’re looking for:

• A qualified (and ACECQA recognised) Early Childhood Educator (Cert III, Diploma or working towards either qualification)
• Someone who speaks German at native level
• Someone who communicates thoughtfully and builds trusting relationships
• A team player with energy, initiative and emotional maturity
• An educator excited by immersive language learning and inquiry-based STEM
• A strong understanding of and commitment to child safety and ethical practice
• And above all, someone with warmth, positivity, and a heart for children
