Inbound Receivables Store Person

Overview:

Fresh Leaf Limited has an exciting full time opportunity available for an Inbound Receivables Store Person to join the Fresh Leaf quality assurance team based at our Devon Meadows farm location.

As an Inbound Receivables Store Person, you will play a crucial role in assuring the quality and freshness of all inbound produce. Your primary duties will include receipt and inspection of produce, quality control checks, inventory checks, forklift operation, logistics control, efficient stock rotation management, and collaborative support for various tasks related to fresh produce handling. This role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams within the organisation.

Key Position Responsibilities:

• Receiving and storing all raw and dry goods
• Complete quality checks on raw goods and process claims on products not meeting specifications
• Organisation and rotation management of fresh produce
• Organisation of dry inventory storage and weekly stock counts
• Manage cleaning of packaging shed and surrounding areas
• Manage cleaning of fresh produce cool room
• Collect, monitor and conduct daily assessment of retention samples
• Conduct Quality Checks during production
• Conducted weekly/monthly assessments as directed by QAM (inc. production, farm, etc.)
• Assist with packing team as required

Requirements:

• Forklift License
• Min 6 – 12 months experience in a fresh production environment and strong understanding of product varieties and specifications
• Current drivers license and own transport
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders including management, subordinates and coworkers
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong leadership skills
