Microsoft 365 / Intune Specialist

The Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / Intune Specialist to join our technical team. In this role, you will design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions, working with partners and clients to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable IT environments

You will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies, including Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, and compliance policies. The role also involves application packaging, leading Microsoft 365 migrations, and providing advanced troubleshooting and automation using PowerShell.

Key Requirements

  5–8 years’ experience managing Microsoft 365 and Intune environments

Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, endpoint management, and M365 security

Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations or Intune deployment projects, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

Highly experienced in packaging Windows applications in Intune and maintaining versions on an ongoing basis.

Ability to configure SharePoint permissions to a granular level in accordance with defined permission matrices.

Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Network and Security teams to ensure policy alignment and secure access control.

Advanced PowerShell and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or MD-102 are highly regarded.
