About the Role 

Are you a Sales Rockstar who not only thrives on closing deals but helping people achieve their goals? As a sales consultant, you’ll combine your sales skills with a genuine passion for guiding prospective students toward the right career path. This is a high-energy, KPI-driven role where your success is rewarded with uncapped commissions and the satisfaction of making a real difference. 

You will: 

• Crush daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities 

• Be the go-to guide for prospective students, helping them choose the perfect qualification to reach their career goals 

• Convert enquiries into enrolments while delivering a friendly, supportive, consultative and expert experience 

• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with your team to optimise sales strategies 

This role is office-based during training, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model once fully trained. 

About You 

You’re a high-energy sales pro who loves closing deals and seeing the impact of your work. Building instant rapport comes naturally, and you thrive in fast-paced, goal-crushing environments. You get a thrill from smashing targets and know how to turn opportunities into success stories. 

You will bring: 

• Proven high-volume sales experience, ideally in call-centre, education, or customer-facing roles 

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills 

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets 

• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

Bonus skills (not essential): 

• Experience in education, course advising, or allied health industries 

• Previous RTO experience
