About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team, providing holistic, person-centred nursing care to participants in their own homes. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will support clients to achieve their individual goals and live life on their terms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing care plansAdminister medications and manage PEG feedsProvide complex personal care and manual handling supportsExperience supporting participants living with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) Confidently assist non-verbal participants with communication and care needs, using an eyegaze device and a MegabeeEngage clients in meaningful activities, including shopping, community access, and attending sports gamesMaintain accurate and timely progress notesLiaise with GPs, RNs, care coordinators, and allied health professionalsProvide guidance to support workers as neededRespond to medical incidents and provide first aid when requiredWork across a rotating roster including AM, PM, and active night shiftsWhat We Offer
