🚧 We’re Hiring: Electrical Project Manager ⚡

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects? Join Force Fire Group and play a key role in delivering projects that matter—safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll be working across multiple projects, engaging with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio—including fit-outs, commercial developments, high-rise projects, and retail spaces.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the centre of project delivery, responsible for:

• Leading project planning and execution from start to finish
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Overseeing project documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Driving safety, quality, and commercial outcomes across all projects
• Participating in tenders, design reviews, and submissions
• Monitoring progress, forecasting, and adapting plans as required
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Delivering projects in line with contractual, financial, and operational targets

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who can see both the detail and the bigger picture:

• Proven experience in Project Management (Electrical preferred)
• CAD experience and HYENA calculations capability
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Confident in managing competing priorities and high-pressure situations
• A proactive problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset
• A strategic thinker who can optimise processes and improve delivery
