Forbes Kirby is a boutique law firm based in the heart of Perth’s CBD, and we’re looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same – you’ll be supporting our solicitors and Principals across a range of commercial and litigation matters, making a real difference to how we deliver for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be across the full life of a matter – from drafting documents and managing filings, to liaising with clients, courts and registries, tracking deadlines and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also get involved in research, matter coordination and supporting the team through all stages of a file.

What we’re looking for

You bring at least 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a commercial law or litigation environment. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and know how to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball. You communicate professionally, take initiative within your scope, and understand when to escalate. This role isn’t suited to graduates or students – we need someone who can hit the ground running.
