The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in the Leisure & Sport industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a keen understanding of the leisure sector, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences to our clients.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support the organisation of events and team-building activities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
About You
Like most Executive Assistant roles, you will demonstrate a high attention to detail and proven ability to demonostrate initiative. In addition, you will possess the following.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
