The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in the Leisure & Sport industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a keen understanding of the leisure sector, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences to our clients.

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support the organisation of events and team-building activities
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence

About You

Like most Executive Assistant roles, you will demonstrate a high attention to detail and proven ability to demonostrate initiative. In addition, you will possess the following.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
