THE ROLE

The NDIS Customer Service Officer is responsible for supporting participants by ensuring excellent support services.

Role responsibilities

  • Liaising with Support Coordinators to ensure support plans are implemented, monitored and evaluated
  • Liaise with internal Service Coordinators to ensure appropriate support in line with support plans
  • Maintain and ensure all documentation is up to date on CRM
  • Manage complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards

About you

  • Previous experience in customer service role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Empathy and understanding of people living with disabilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Knowledge of the NDIS (preferred but not essential)
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
