Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team in Launceston. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries that contribute to our logistics operations. Ideal candidates will possess a valid truck driving licence and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Transport goods to various locations in a timely manner
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
• Handle loading and unloading of goods as required
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately

Qualifications:

• Valid truck driving licence (HR or MR class preferred)
• Proven experience as a truck driver
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
