• Record patient histories and vital signs accurately
• Administer medications and injections as directed by medical staff
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist with laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
