Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team in Sydney. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. It is ideal for organised individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and assist in project coordination.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
