THE ROLE

Due to further growth in the business, we are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson / Hose Assembler to be a part of our small and friendly team in Wetherill Park NSW.
The position will cover full generalist Storeperson duties, with a large part of the role building and assembling Hydraulic Hose’s for our customers from many different industries. (Full training is provided). You will ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately, all stock is replenished, and incoming and outgoing goods are fully recorded and checked before they go out to our customers.

DUTIES
- Building and assembly of Hydraulic Hoses
- Ensure customer stock orders are accurately picked in accordance with order requirements
- Testing hoses using a testing rig
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Restock and maintain stock picking bins for either consumable or inventory stock
- Organise and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
- Calling and emailing customers when orders are ready for collection
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a Warehouse / Stores Environment
- Be reliable and motivated
- Knowledge of the hose and fittings industry desirable
- Hose Assembly experience (preferred but full training provided)
- Forklift ticket
- Must be physically fit as some lifting will be required
