Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and promote special offers
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
