About the role
Due to a newly created part-time opportunity, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Safety, Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our People team at Flavorite. Working closely with the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager and Business Partner, you will support the delivery of safety, health and wellbeing initiatives across our sites.
This role plays an important part in coordinating programs, maintaining systems, reporting and supporting leaders to embed safe work practices. You’ll also assist with risk management, compliance activities and return-to-work, helping to build a positive and proactive safety culture across the business.

Here’s what will help you succeed:
A tertiary qualification or Certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, OR previous hands-on experience in a safety, health & wellbeing, administration or operational support role.
A tech-savvy mindset, you’re confident using Microsoft Office, maintaining safety systems, records and data reporting.
