About Us:
We are seeking apassionate and organised Project Officer to join our team in Brisbane, with
regular travel to Beenleigh, Caboolture, and Maroochydore. This is a dynamic, hands-on role focused on driving participant engagement and delivering meaningful support across our employment and training programs. You will work closely with participants throughout their journey, providing tailored, wraparound support to help them overcome barriers and achieve sustainable outcomes. You will build strong relationships, maintain engagement, and track progress to ensuresuccessful program delivery. Day-to-day, you will support program coordination, maintain accurate case notes, monitor participant milestones, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and supportive experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide ongoing support and engagement to participants throughout their journey
- Coordinate and support the delivery of employment and training programs
- Drive attendance, engagement, and progression through tailored support
- Maintain accurate case notes, attendance records, and key milestones
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities as required
- Prepare monthly reports and track program outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting people and building strong relationships,
- Empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to positive outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in employment services, community support, or training programs (desirable but not essential)
