Five Bridges are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive further growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our SQW training programs and support growth accross multiple entities in the Training and Employment space. This is an autonomous role focused on identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening employer partnerships, and driving enrolments aligned to workforce demand.

You will identify and convert new business opportunities, build strong employer and community partnerships, and contribute to the growth of funded programs accross multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities aligned to SQW and training outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry bodies, employment services and community organisations
  • Research and pursue new market opportunities and emerging workforce needs
  • Manage key accounts and maximise revenue and enrolments from existing clients
  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting to onboarding and CRM reporting
  • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes
  • Contribute to immediate enrolment targets while supporting long-term sales and growth strategies
  • Leverage existing networks while actively building new strategic partnerships
  • Understanding different models of government funding, including SAS and SQW funding.
  • Undertake recruitment into programs and employment placement.

About You

You are a driven and results-focused Business Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful, long-term partnerships.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in business development within an RTO or training environment Demonstrated success achieving KPIs, sales targets and revenue growth Strong understanding of Queensland funding programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A consultative sales approach focused on long-term value creation High level organisational skills with strong CRM and systems capability Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
