The Role:

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who will lead and promote a proactive culture across our Melbourne facility network.

As our Network Partnership Manager, you’ll be the commercial and relational bridge between Fitness Passport and our facility partners. You’ll manage contracts, negotiate pricing, and nurture long-term relationships that ensure our members have access to high-quality fitness options—while maintaining strong margins and strategic growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage contract renewals and reviews, ensuring compliance and alignment with company standards
  • Lead pricing negotiations that balance partner value with FP’s financial objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with fitness facilities across your portfolio
  • Support facility partners with marketing, training, and engagement initiatives
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to improve facility relationships, processes and drive business performance across your portfolio
  • Identify and mitigate risks to network stability and product quality
  • Drive process improvements and ensure accurate system data
  • Deliver timely reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of Fitness Passport within the network and represent our values in every interaction

About You:

  • Genuinely curious and passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.
  • 3-5+ years in account management or commercial partnership roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience in relationship management, ideally in service or membership-based organisations
  • Financial acumen with experience in pricing proposals and margin analysis
  • Contractual awareness and ability to interpret B2B agreements and understand terms and conditions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities with excel proficiency and BI tooling would be advantageous
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to long-term impact
  • Self-starter with strong planning and prioritisation skills
