About Us:
FIT Merchandising is a specialised sales and merchandising company, providing support within Bunnings and the Independent Hardware Industry across Australia and New Zealand. We deliver hands-on, in-field support to our clients, working directly on the shop floor to ensure products
are presented at their best, promotional activity is executed seamlessly, and opportunities to drive sales are identified and acted on in real time. Our team acts as an extension of our clients’ brands, providing valuable insights, maintaining strong store presence, and ensuring consistency across all
locations.
We pride ourselves on building strong, collaborative partnerships with Bunnings and the independent stores we service. By working closely with store teams, we create mutually beneficial outcomes—enhancing the customer experience, supporting store operations, and delivering measurable
results for our clients. These partnerships are built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to excellence in retail execution.
Effective merchandising helps customers find what they need, discover new products, and feel confident in their purchases. From eye-catching displays and strategic shelf placement to maintaining consistent stock levels, great merchandising enhances the shopping experience and drives sales
performance.
Our friendly, supportive team culture embodies our core values and principles, representing who we are in the marketplace—our beliefs, our thinking, and the way we operate. These values and principles shape our interactions with our customers, clients, and each other.

Take control of your workday! With flexible scheduling between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, you can design a routine that works for you. Say goodbye to weekend and public holiday shifts, and hello to a better work-life balance that fits around your lifestyle, not the
other way around.
