Heavy Vehicle Delivery Driver
We’re currently seeking experienced MR and HR Delivery Drivers to join our Operations team based in the Southern Highlands region.
This is a hands-on role suited to drivers who enjoy being on the road, working independently, and delivering great service to a wide range of customers. You’ll be responsible for completing local and regional deliveries while maintaining high safety and service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely complete pick-ups and deliveries across the Illawarra and surrounding areas
- Deliver to a variety of customers including warehouses, businesses and retail locations
- Load and unload freight safely, including some manual handling
- Complete local and shuttle runs as required
- Conduct pre-start checks and ensure loads are restrained correctly
- Use a scanner to complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Represent First Choice Couriers professionally when dealing with customers
- Follow all safety, compliance and operational procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Current MR or HR licence (essential)
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Experience with local or multi-drop deliveries (preferred)
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- A positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- Clear communication skills and good customer service focus
- Knowledge of the local road network (desirable)
- A satisfactory driving history and criminal history check
- Full Australian working rights
