Fire Systems Estimator

We are seeking a Fire Systems Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotes for fire system works across a variety of projects.

The successful candidate will work across defect repairs, minor works, projects, and new installations, covering multiple fire protection systems including detection, sprinklers, hydrants, and extinguishers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for defect rectification, minor works, and installation projects
• Review inspection reports, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of works
• Estimate materials, labour, and subcontractor costs
• Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and clients to clarify requirements
• Ensure quotes comply with relevant Australian Standards and fire regulations
• Provide timely and accurate proposals to support the service and projects teams

Skills & Experience

Experience in quoting fire protection systems (detection, sprinkler, hydrant, extinguisher) Strong understanding of fire system components and compliance requirements Ability to interpret reports, plans, and technical documentation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and client liaison abilities
