Daily responsibilities & experience needed:

• You will schedule 10+ Technicians workloads, ensuring sufficient and achievable workloads are organised
• Communicate with high-end clientele ensuring they are aware of job bookings and ensuring they are closed out in a timely manner
• Liaise with your Service Manager or Team Leader, escalating any issues that may arise
• Provide general service admin support and managing an email inbox in an organised manner
• 2+ years experience within service coordinating across any trade industry is highly desired
• Must have strong computer skills, be organised, pro-active and showcase strong communication skills
