Now, we’re looking for a passionate Trainer/Assessor to deliver exceptional training across a range of nationally recognised courses.

About the Role

As a key member of our Training Division, you will deliver engaging, practical training to clients on-site and at our Mackay facility. Courses include:

Height Safety
Confined Space Entry and Rescue
Fire Warden
Work Health and Safety
First Aid & Advanced First Aid
Emergency Response & Vertical Rescue
Fire Safety Advisor
This is a dynamic role requiring occasional travel across North Queensland to support client needs.

What You’ll Bring

✅ Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN competencies)

✅ Experience in emergency response including training

✅ Strong communication and facilitation skills

✅ A proactive, safety-first mindset

✅ Excellent time management and ability to work independently

✅ Written and verbal communication that inspires and informs
