As Fire and Safety Australia continues to grow in WA, we are actively searching for 2 experienced MESO’s with construction site experience, to join our team for contract roles in the Pilbara region.
Rosters will work a 2:2 pattern with Max Term contracts on offer as well as causal available + Super on all hours. You will be located 20mins from the nearest hospital and be involved with all the crews taking part in pre-starts and basic training. Fly in/out days will be on a Tuesday. Site has a new medical building along with Ambulance.
Roles are located in the Pilbara, FIFO from Perth only. Being located in Western Australia is essential for these roles. You will work in a team of three alongside One Paramedic and One MESO.
This role is for an immediate start – Karratha based candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding to incidents and accidents on site whilst working in a remote location.
Qualifications/Requirements Required:
- Cert IV in Healthcare (Ambulance)
- Cert III Mine and Emergency Response and Rescue
- Vertical/Confined Space Rescue/Fire Team Op’s
- Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Current Police Clearance (No older than a year)
- Ability to work solo with a minimum of 2 year’s experience on a mine construction site or similar role
- Located in WA
