Warehouse Supervisor – Adelaide

Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy warehouse team in Adelaide. This is a full-time role offering stability, growth opportunities, and a great team environment.

About the role:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll manage our Adelaide warehouse and the inwards and outwards goods from our on-site manufacturing.

You’ll:

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, dispatch, and returns

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to drive productivity and accountability (4-7 staff)

• Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, DIFOT, inventory variance, and labour efficiency

• Ensure safe work practices and WHS compliance at all times

• Coordinate with our production and account management teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

What you’ll bring:

You’re personable, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You’re:

• Previous warehouse leadership experience (essential)

• Proficient in WMS systems (ideally using RF scanning), and highly computer literate

• Current forklift license (LF) with high reach experience (highly desirable)

• A willingness to be hands on when required

• Self-driven and results-focused with excellent communication skills

• Most importantly — a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
