Warehouse leading hand

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Store person to join our busy warehouse team based in Port Melbourne, VIC.

This is a full-time, hands-on role offering stability, growth opportunities, and a great team environment. Immediate start available.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Hand, you will play a key role in doing

day-to-day warehouse operations

You will:

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, picking, dispatch, and returns

• This is a hands-on role, with most of your day spent on the warehouse floor, offering occasional support to the warehouse supervisor”

• Ensure safe work practices are followed and maintain WHS standards

• Work closely with production and account management teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment

• Be hands-on across all warehouse functions as required

What You’ll Bring:

You’re reliable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse (essential)

• Strong WMS experience solid computer skills

• Current forklift licence (LF), with high reach experience highly desirable

• A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
