Are you passionate about inclusive employment and creating transformative learning experiences?
Do you want to design and deliver programs that genuinely change lives?
Join Jigsaw Australia as our Inclusive Learning and Practice Lead and play a key role in
designing and delivering learning that supports people with disability to build skills, confidence and pathways into meaningful employment.
This role will lead the design, refinement and national rollout of Jigsaw’s employment-focused curriculum, working closely with participants, trainers and leaders to ensure learning is accessible, engaging and impactful.
About the Role
This is a critical role at the heart of Jigsaw Australia’s mission. You will be designing and delivering the learning experiences that support our participants from their very first day in the Academy all the way through to their transition into the workforce.
You’ll be responsible for evolving our “Academy” framework – taking our existing training model
and ensuring it stays trauma-informed, deeply impactful, and employment-focused. Because this role sits at the core of what we do, you’ll be a key collaborator across the whole team. Working closely with participants, trainers, and leaders, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered learning that balances strong commercial outcomes with meaningful social impact.
