CLINICAL LEAD

We are looking for a highly motivated clinician that thrives on helping clients, supporting a team and implementing new ideas. Opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families. Work from home – travel to clients around local Brisbane community.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Clinical qualification (Psychology, Behaviour Practioner, OT, Nurse, etc)
  • Registration with AHPRA or similar,
  • Experience in and passion for the Disability and Community Services sectors,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Creative problem-solving skills,
  • Understand and maintain informed of evidence based best practice,
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills,
  • Ability to create and maintain lasting professional relationships,
  • Team leader qualities and skills facilitating training and meetings,
  • Positive and energetic team member,
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity,
  • Brisbane based home to work and travel from,
  • Autonomous and diligent,
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to registered and insured vehicle,

KEY DUTIES

  • Leading a team of allied health team members,
  • Maintain a caseload of clients in relevant field,
  • Client assessments, written reports, and therapeutic intervention,
  • Reviewing team assessments and reports,
  • Training support teams.
