Operating from our Tullamarine facility, we run a structured multi-shift production
environment servicing customers across Victoria.

We are now looking for Production Operators | Machine Operators to join our growing team.
About the Role
This role sits within our Production team with Day and Afternoon shifts available (Monday – Friday).
Whether you are an experienced machine operator or starting your manufacturing career, this role offers the opportunity to learn specialised equipment, develop new skills and be part of a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and prepare production orders to meet daily schedules
- Operate or learn to operate our coil-slitters and pan-brake folders to create custom flashings and other sheet-metal products
- Manufacture custom sheet-metal products using specialised equipment to exact specifications
- Pick, pack and wrap finished orders for dispatch
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Assist with general manufacturing and production tasks as required
- Perform manual handling of sheet-metal products as required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Follow safety procedures and instructions at all times
Skills & Experience
Required
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling work
- Basic computer / system entry capability
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Good communication skills (verbal and basic written)
Preferred:
- Current Forklift Licence
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry
