The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a select portfolio of kitchen installation projects and key accounts.

In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and with exceptional customer satisfaction. You will coordinate schedules and installation teams, and work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • A highly skilled tradesperson seeking career progression, ready to leverage extensive site knowledge to coordinate and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Typical duties will include:

Installation Management

  • Develop and maintain installation schedules and roster plans for all trades.

  • Coordinate delivery and installation timelines to achieve DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) targets.

  • Communicate updates and schedules to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Liaise with installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Keep customers informed of project schedules, progress, and completion.

Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct pre and post-installation site inspections to ensure workmanship and product quality meet company and customer standards.

  • Ensure installations comply with construction, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Monitor and report non-conformances and escalate issues as needed.

  • Maintain accurate job completion records and documentation.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely job completion reporting and documentation.

  • Report and escalate any concerns relating to safety, quality, or conduct.

  • Ensure all installation personnel follow company WHS policies, procedures and standards.

Team Leadership 

  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to installation teams and subcontractors.

  • Act as the primary liaison between installation teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews of new team members and sub-contractors.

  • Allocate work, set KPIs, and support performance management.

  • Promote strong safety culture and adherence to WHS policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience or qualifications in cabinet making, construction, or a related trade

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen installation processes

  • Previous experience working with construction managers and site supervisors

  • Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements

  • Current Driver’s Licence and White Card

  • A proactive, adaptable approach and strong customer service focus
