Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and general landscaping duties.

Skills:

– Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping

– Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers

– Strong attention to detail

– Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks

– Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques

Responsibilities:

– Mow lawns and trim edges using a variety of landscaping equipment

– Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscape design plans

– Maintain irrigation systems for plants and grass areas

– Prune trees and hedges as needed

– Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris

– Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

– Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
