🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Leading and inspiring front-of-house teams across bar, dining & gaming
✅ Running the show: opens, closes, cash-ups, banking & stock control
✅ Creating memorable customer experiences that keep people coming back
✅ Mentoring your crew and helping them grow
✅ Keeping standards high – compliance, stock and service excellence
✨ About You
⭐ 12+ months in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality (18+ months a bonus)
⭐ Experience in a Pub or Club with Gaming & F&B operational experience
⭐ Proven experience running shifts end to end, including Opening and closing
⭐ A natural communicator with strong people skills
⭐ Thrive in fast-paced environments and love leading from the front
⭐ NSW RSA & ARCG certifications (essential)
