Our company is a registered NDIS provider that specialises in Specialist Support Coordination. Our mission is simple: to empower people living with disability to live the lives they choose. We work closely with participants who have a wide range of disabilities and psychosocial needs, helping them build independence, wellbeing, and meaningful community connections.
Due to continued growth across Queensland, we’re on the lookout for an experienced NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator to join our expanding team—servicing the Northern Brisbane/Moreton Bay region and the Southern Brisbane/Gold Coast region.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator, you’ll be supporting NDIS participants to get the most out of their plans—connecting them to the right services, building their capacity, and helping them navigate challenges with confidence.
Your days will include:
- Proactively identify and report risks and incidents in line with NDIS safeguarding requirements.
- Working directly with participants to set and achieve their goals
- Linking clients with disability and mainstream services
- A comprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework, policies, and practice standards.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records, reports, and progress notes
- Strong administrative, documentation, and effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing a caseload within a billable-hours environment, adhering to NDIS guidelines.
About You
We’re looking for people who are driven, compassionate, and love helping others succeed. You’ll need:
- A strong understanding of the NDIS
- High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong admin, documentation, and time management skills
- Experience managing a caseload in a billable-hours environment
- A qualification in disability, community services, or relevant lived/professional experience
- The ability to work independently from home, and as part of a supportive remote team
- A current driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region
You’ll Also Need:
- Proficiency with NDIS participant management software or CRM systems.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Certificate
- 100 Points of ID
- Proof of right to work in Australia
