Your Role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Coordinate and schedule NDIS services
  • Support enrolments and administration for community Auslan courses
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete data entry
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Escalate issues and identify service improvements

About You:

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using customer management systems and learning new software
  • Commitment to inclusive and culturally safe workplaces

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of how the NDIS works
  • Knowledge and experience of working with the Deaf community
  • Experience in a not-for-profit or service-based organisation
  • Understanding of accessibility, inclusion, or disability services
  • Auslan fluency desired but not essential
