The opportunity
This is a paid, work-based traineeship where you will earn while you learn. As a Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators while studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm, warmth and a willingness to grow.
From your very first day, you will:
- Be mentored by experienced educators who genuinely want to see you succeed
- Help create beautiful, inspiring learning spaces for children
- Support children’s development through play, creativity and exploration
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and your team
- Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows
- Receive paid study time and structured coaching support

About you
You are someone who:
- Has a strong desire to work with children, making a positive impact on their lives
- Is warm, friendly and confident when connecting with others
- Is ready to take on responsibility and grow professionally
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Is dependable, positive and eager to learn
You will complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a workplace-based traineeship and will either hold (or be willing to obtain):
- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid certification
- Child Safety and Protection training
