About the Role

We are seeking a detail orientated Finance Administrator, to report to the Finance Lead and Chief Financial Officer. This role provides support in managing day to day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial record keeping, timely processing of transactions, and smooth coordination within the Finance team.

The successful candidate will provide overall administrative and financial support, helping maintain compliance across financial operations, improve efficiency, and contribute to the organisation’s financial stability and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with broad finance support across the team.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support month end and reporting activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and business units relating to finance tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Lead and CFO.

About You

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role.
  • Interest in finance or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously on tasks.
