About the Role

The Bid Coordinator plays a key role in supporting business development and tender opportunities across the organisation.

This position is responsible for coordinating the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals aligned with the capabilities of Executive Risk Solutions and Yampurru. Working closely with subject matter experts and internal teams, the Bid Coordinator ensures submissions are well structured, compliant with requirements and delivered to a high standard within required timeframes.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while supporting the delivery of clear, professional and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to final submission.
  • Manage bid timelines, milestones and internal contributor inputs.
  • Prepare and format EOIs, tenders and proposal documentation.
  • Review tender requirements and develop compliance checklists.
  • Edit and proofread submissions to ensure clarity, accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain proposal templates and support continuous improvement of bid processes and materials.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in bid coordination, tender administration or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting EOI, RFT or RFP submissions and proposal preparation.
  • Strong document formatting, editing and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work across multiple portfolios and stakeholders.
