HR Administrator (Australian Client Services)

Evollve is hiring an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR operations of fast-growing Australian companies.

This role sits at the centre of Evollve’s client services — ensuring HR systems, employee records, compliance processes, and documentation run smoothly across multiple organisations.

We are looking for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who enjoys building clean processes, maintaining accurate data, and supporting HR operations at a professional standard.

This is a fully remote role working with Australian clients and senior HR leaders, so strong communication skills and a high level of reliability are essential.

You will work closely with experienced Australian HR leaders and gain exposure to modern HR systems and operational practices.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Preparing employment contracts, variation letters, and HR documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining organised digital employee files
  • Tracking probation periods and employee lifecycle milestones
  • Maintaining HR templates, trackers, and registers
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this work
  • HRIS Administration

HRIS experience is highly valued but not essential.

Visa & Work Eligibility Administration

Some Evollve clients sponsor employees to work in Australia.

You will assist with the administrative side of these processes by:

  • Maintaining visa tracking registers and expiry monitoring
  • Conducting right-to-work checks
  • Preparing documentation for visa processes
  • Coordinating with HR leaders and immigration advisors

Strong organisation and confidentiality are essential in this area.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Posting roles on job boards
  • Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Supporting candidate communications

Process & Operational Support

We value people who think about how things can be improved.

You’ll help by:

  • Maintaining structured HR processes
  • Suggesting improvements to systems and workflows
  • Supporting better documentation and operational visibility

What We’re Looking For Essential

  • 3+ years experience in HR administration or HR coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience managing documentation and employee records
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Highly regarded

  • Experience supporting Australian companies
  • Experience with Employment Hero or other HRIS platforms
  • Exposure to visa administration or work eligibility compliance
  • Experience working in BPO or offshore support environments
