About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Territory Manager to join our team. As the Territory Manager for our Southern New South Wales region, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening market presence and cultivating meaningful customer relationships while driving sales growth and ensuring outstanding customer service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving loyalty and growth
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations to train and educate customers on product features and applications
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting, to close and onboarding
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve company objectives and ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market insights
  • Maintain accurate records or sales activities, customer interactions and market research findings.
  • Seek feedback and contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • A successful proven track record in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the local market/customer base and cross hardware experience is highly advantageous
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
