Territory Manager, South Brisbane – Northern Rivers

About the role

Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and accomplished Territory Manager to join our team. This full-time role will see you working closely with our customers to drive growth through the delivery of exceptional sales partnerships. You will be an integral part of our committed sales force, helping to expand our reach and strengthen our market position.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other’s efforts
• Preparing detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting

What we’re looking for

• A successful proven track record in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Familiarity with the local market and customer base would be highly advantageous
