About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a vital role in keeping stock accurate, pallets moving efficiently, and operations running smoothly across production and distribution.

What you’ll be doing

Inventory Management 

  • Keep accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress.

  • Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, resolving any discrepancies.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and production.

  • Ensure accurate, timely data entry into inventory systems (ERP/WMS).

Pallet Control 

  • Track pallet movements across inbound, storage, and outbound areas.

  • Monitor usage and quality, reporting any damaged or non-compliant pallets.

  • Coordinate pallet returns and exchanges with suppliers and customers.

  • Reduce pallet loss through strong controls and accurate documentation.

Reporting and Compliance 

  • Generate inventory and pallet reports for management and audits. 

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations related to inventory and pallet handling. 

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining best practices in inventory control and pallet management processes

What you’ll bring

  • Strong problem-solving skills for stock and inventory issues

  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and inventory systems

  • Experience with stocktakes, reconciliations, and pallet tracking

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards related to inventory and pallet handling

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • 2–3 years’ experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations

  • Forklift Licence (desirable)

  • Certificate III/IV in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
