About the Role
Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner with strong analytical skills to join our team. In this role, you will analyse data, past performance and market insights to create accurate forecasts that support sales and operations. You will play a key role in strengthening forecast accuracy and enhancing planning processes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. We are open to candidates who are available to work 4 or 5 days per week.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage forecasting and inventory modelling across multiple regions
- Conduct ABC analysis, safety stock and minimum stock reviews
- Identify and address under and over-performing products
- Support SLOB reviews and inventory reduction initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasts and master data in the ERP system
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes
- Support the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing demand inputs, maintaining forecasts, and contributing insights to support monthly planning and decision-making
- Improve inventory turnover ratio by optimizing stock levels and reducing excess inventory while ensuring demand fulfilment
- Implement inventory policies that maintain service levels while minimizing holding costs
About you
- Minimum 2 years in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management or operations analyst roles
- Manufacturing environment (plastics/concrete industry highly regarded)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain principles
- ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
- Confident communication with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skill
